The Observership in Pediatric Surgery focuses on comprehensive exposure from resource-limited areas to advanced pediatric surgical services. Observers participate in daily ward rounds, and outpatient clinical, and surgical procedures that will help gain insights into preoperative evaluation, surgical optimization, and postoperative care. Observers assist in various operations, including elective and emergency cases such as cystoscopy, laparoscopy, and thoracoscopy which will enhance their skills in managing pediatric and neonatal conditions.
